3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

• Keep API keys confidential and secure
• Not share API keys publicly or in client-side code
• Comply with rate limits and usage restrictions
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations

7. Payment and Billing

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPLOADBIRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UploadBird and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
